I have almost plucked these many passion fruits as you can see in this video. They were properly washed and now i need to take out the pulp of these fruits. It is easy to take the pulp by cutting from the back side of the fruit. so that white part does not come along with the pulp Using a spoon , you can easily take the pulp from the fruit 20 passion fruits were taken for preparing the squash Only used the ripe ones to prepare the squash. some of the plucked ones were raw and those were not used . pulp is ready and now we need to separate the seed and the juice whip it in jar at a very low speed so that the seeds do not get crushed you can separate the juice using a sieve to remove the seeds now let’s start to prepare sugar syrup i will be adding juice to the sugar syrup using a non stick pan to prepare the sugar syrup have used half kg sugar for this squash adding sugar to the pan using 2 cups of water for this half kg sugar adding 2 cups of water do not need to stir continuously. stir occasionally need to get water and sugar mixed properly i will be adding only 1 lemon water to this squash since yellow passion fruits are intensely sour in taste need to add some grated ginger to this sugar syrup going to add these grated ginger to this sugar syrup am going to crush this ginger adding these crushed ginger to the sugar syrup let it boil in the sugar syrup we need to sieve this sugar syrup since ginger is added and in case if any impurities in the sugar syrup let it boil and sieve it after the syrup cools down i’ll be adding the sugar syrup to the juice add lemon juice as the final step ginger will enhance the taste of the squash it would be good to add ginger in all the juices we prepare let the syrup become a little thick in consistency and then let it cool down add this syrup to the juice need to sieve it again after the syrup gets cool down turn off the stove i am adding a small pinch of salt to the syrup mix it well am going to sieve the syrup add syrup to the juice now finally , squeeze one lemon and add to the prepared squash using only 1 lemon mix it well add this syrup to a fresh container and keep it in fridge we can use this syrup for a week by keeping in the fridge no preservatives are added so better finish it within a week let’s see how to serve this squash If you like this video , please subscribe to my channel.
