One in four children here right now are overweight. They’ll grow up at risk of developing high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, heart disease, even cancer. But by taking some small steps now we could prevent it. Try giving them child sized portions not adult ones. Using smaller plates will help. Childhood Obesity, let’s take it on one small step at a time.
