Hey and welcome to my channel. I’m Kasper and today we will be cooking macaroni with pumpkin cream, chili, and nutritional yeast. I will definitely recommend nutritional yeast, if you haven’t tried it before. You can buy it in special stores or online. It gives a nice creamy texture. The recipe and ingredients to this video is from Aarstiderne. Let’s start in the kitchen. 1 ONION 2 GARLIC CLOVES 1 HOKKAIDO-PUMPKIN COCONUT OIL SAUTÉ FOR 8-10 MINUTES ZEST FROM ½ GREEN LEMON ADD WATER UNTIL THE PUMPKIN CHUCKS ARE HALF COVERED LET IT SIMMER UNTIL EVERYTHING IS TENDER (SOFT) 250 g (0.55 lb) MACARONI SALT BOIL THE MACARONI UNTIL IT IS AL DENTE, ABOUT 10 MINUTES 20 g (0.7 ounce) SUNFLOWER SEEDS ROAST THE SUNFLOWER SEEDS ON A DRY FRYING PAN 1 POINTED CABBAGE LEMON JUICE 1 PRESSED GARLIC CLOVE 3 TABLESPOONS OLIVE OIL PEPPER AND SALT DUST WITH ROASTED SUNFLOWER SEEDS MASH PUMPKIN WELL 15 g (0.5 ounce) NUTRITIONAL YEAST SALT AND PEPPER ADD MACARONI TO THE POT WITH THE PUMPKIN CREAM CHILI I hope you liked the recipe as much as I do.
