You know this balancing that we’re doing every morning is so important because just this is my day five for me and This is our first workout in the morning. I get out of bed put my shoes on I walk out here and this is what we do and it’s uh It’s given me so much more confidence. Just walking. You know, I can tell the difference my feet are getting stronger My ankles are getting stronger I still have burn on my thighs, where I can’t stand for too long. But you know, just the You know I used to get up on the edge of the bed and when I get up in the morning and stand there for a couple minutes before I take my first step. Now I can just kind of get up and take off. So, this is helping!

  2. Many times Ive failed to achieve my weight loss goals. Now Im thinking of trying the Zorbyn XCG Protocol (its on google) because Ive heard awesome things about it. But Im not sure if it will work. Do you have any experience with it?

  3. Where do I get the ball? It should be able to hold 350 or less. I can't get on the floor to do ab work so I want to try on the ball..
