  1. If you don't balance Vit D and calcium, zinc , magnesium, your body will by balancing any deficiencies will excrete the other minerals to keep the body in balance.
    Any 1st year nutrition student will learn this. But Doctors only do 7 weeks of nutrition and usually only extreme cases of deficiencies.
    One Dr told me I would get Vit D in winter, I told him he was in error and he then admitted his error, I don't know if he thought he could get away with it or he really didn't know.

  2. Magnesium levels in the soil over the last 50 years has fallen sharply, if the plants don't get enough, nor do we. Take supplements or grow your own veg and add tomato feed to the whole soil.
