Oil – 5 spoons Mustard seeds, Black Gram
& Cumin seeds – 1 teaspoon each Chopped Green Chilli – 3 Chopped Onions – 4 Curry leaves – 15 to 20
Saute – 2 mins Turmeric – 1 teaspoon
Ginger & Garlic paste – 1 spoon Saute – 1 min Thotakura (Amaranthus) – 4 handful Salt – to taste Fry – 5 mins Fresh Grated Coconut – 1 cup Fry – 1.5 mins Chilli Powder – 1 spoon Saute – 1 min
