Janine Bowring and I never want you to take another b-complex vitamin again
until you see this entire video. Did you know that most of the b-complex vitamins
out there are synthetically made, usually from the petrochemical industry. So for
instance something like be one is made from coal tar and ammonia be three from
formaldehyde and ammonia and b12 that notorious one cyano cobalamin that’s
what it’s called on your label starting with the CYANO cobalamin that’s
actually cyanide plus cobalamin a really inexpensive way to bind that b12 and get
it into your body not something that i recommend and that’s why we do it so
differently here at vitatree. Some of the side effects of taking some teneyck be
complex vitamins include things like rash so you know it’s often that niacin
that you get you can get a rash all over your body from taking niacin in that
synthetic form. Maybe it’s insomnia for some people stomachaches that super
super bright yellow urine telltale sign again that you’re taking something that
is synthetically made. Some people even experience nausea and vomiting,
constipation, diarrhea from taking the synthetic d vitamin. So not something

  1. I think she must had a bad experience with a synthetic B vitamins and now she's angry about it, Don't be a hater on B complex vitamins I've been taking B12 for years now and I'm always fuel of energy because of it

  2. my husband and i take one everyday, my husband's feet and legs use to swell so badly, and he would get ulcers on his legs, was so scared he'd eventually have his leg cut off, but since he started taking those, his legs and feet are normal, and we both feel great.

  3. B 12 BEST FORM IS METHYICOBALAMIN. ACTIVE FORM & NATURAL. AS A DOC U SHOULD FOLLOW ETHICS, & NOT SCARE PEOPLE. FOR e. g. cyanide in cyanocobalamin,when u know very well that it's safe. This is not done. Come on luv.

  4. If you feel anxious after taking B vitamins, it means you are eating to many carbs. Switch to a plant based diet and you will sleep better.

  5. where have u done ur mds anyway doc?…B complex vitamin usually delivers eight of the B vitamins: B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin), B3 (niacin), B5 (pantothenic acid), B6(pyridoxine), B7 (biotin), B9 (folic acid), and b12(cobalamin). Found naturally in meat, leafy greens, dairy, beans, peas, and whole or fortified grains, B complex vitamins help your body make energy from the food you eat and form red blood cells.

  6. My doc said shop around…Tesco $3 (4UK) Pee yellow…Synthetic or not i feel better.. Vegemite is high in Thiamine..Marmite or others i dunno…But they're all High In B…Mix with honey or chutneys…It's not so bad!

  7. I asked the chemist do these tablets have side affects she said no . I feel like shit taking them anxiousness shaky . headaches . not taking them anymore .

  8. without cyanocobalamin, I'd die a slow and painful death from Pernicious Anemia…..so yeah my monthly injections save my life because my body doesn't produce b12 which is what you need to make your body digest iron. If i take it in pill form, or powder, or even liquid form, I've tried them all because im not particularly fond of injections, never did anything to raise my b12 levels. I think it must have something to do with our entire digestive system because I don't absorb pills very well, they mainly just make me puke and give me gut cramps.

  9. If people have something to sell to you, they are lying. Like the vegan movement going on, its from the big pharma, because they want to sell you b12, algee, D vitamins, K2 etc. etc. Stop believing in random sales doctors advice!!!

  10. I take B1 and Beta carotene for my emphysema and my breathing is a lot better (lung are buggered) but hey am working on it

  11. While it would be ideal to get everything from an immaculately healthy diet, taking B vitamins is demonstrably fine. Furthermore, many common products are fortified with it. Rather than viewing "chemicals" as a dirty word we ought to recognise that you are comprised entirely of them.

  12. Absolutely no disrespect intended however, I wish she could have reviewed B12 "without" promoting another brand. I think it shows a more "non biased" assessment and comparison of B12 supplements.

  13. Calling yourself a "doctor" without true credentialing (MD or PhD) can be very misleading to the people that watch your videos.

  14. guess it depends how your body can take it.. what i want to know is if its safe to take day by day on daily basis

I am having real problems with taking Vitamin B1, I desperately need it, but it givs some very serious side effects, I fell great when I take Vitamin B1, but a few hours later the side effect starts. I need to go to poo all the time, one time I went 10 x times in 2 hours, and it is extremely painful, terrible pain, there is also blood on the tissue, and a feeling not completing the process, the pooping hasn't finished, the effects lasted for 5 days and rendered me, for all practical purposes, housebound The type of thiamine I was taking was Thiamin Mononitrate .

  16. Vitamin B makes your pee glowing yellow because what you don't need you pee out. Water soluble vitamins are safer than fat soluble because you can get rid of the excess. Vitamin C and vitamin B complex group are examples of water soluble. You just make sure you are well hydrated and not taking a ton of it and you will be fine. Now other types of supplement you have to be careful with since they can build up to toxic levels. Usually people have low vitamin B due to diet or poor absorption. You should consult your doctor if you are concern and a better way is to eat a healthy well balance diet.

Of course we have no way of clinically testing her's and I've been taking Nature Made for a long while and feel like a new man. So should we listen to the woman on youtube or follow what works for us? Such as Nature Made vitamins ? Decisions decisions, in the left hand her the unknown woman or in the right hand Nature Made, who we've known for 20 plus years Hmmmmmm

  19. Whacky! The water you drink has ammonia, chlorine,sodium hydroxide, lime,zinc phosphate, ferric chloride and other chemicals added. No point here she just wants to sell here product by scaring you! Lol 😃😃😃

  22. I've been getting stomach cramps and diareah since starting b complex. Took me a while to work out it was the supplement that was causing this

  23. bullshit disliked the video after 10 seconds. It is so normal that Vitamins are synthetic. It is how vitamin supplements are made.
